The Crown is the final internal authority of the Kingdom and bears responsibility for law, judgment, appointment, continuity, defense, estates, public status, and correction.

The Crown is expected to decide. Counsel may be accepted, rejected, or returned for further evidence. Final authority does not remove the duty to hear truthful warning.

The Crown's acts should be recorded when they affect law, office, rights, status, property, discipline, publication, or institutional continuity.
