Status: Active in private form; public form under development

The Registry preserves official status, custody, provenance, version, amendment history, public approval, and the relationship between private originals and public exports.

The existing private Registry and Stewardship Console remain protected. The public root site may display approved Registry exports, but it is not itself the authoritative private Registry.
