Privacy and Public Access

The public root site is designed for reading, not surveillance.

Public-site data practices

The first beta should use:

• no advertising;
• no third-party analytics;
• no tracking pixels;
• no public accounts;
• no comments;
• no contact forms;
• no automatic memory collection;
• no external font calls without deliberate review.

Standard web-server logs may record request metadata for security, reliability, and operations. Logs should be retained only as needed and protected from public access.

Protected material

The public site does not provide access to:

• credentials;
• private Registry records;
• raw memory packets;
• private correspondence;
• private family photographs or identifiers;
• private medical records;
• complete custody originals;
• protected infrastructure details.

Public exports

A public summary or export does not make the underlying private source public. Public records are separately prepared, approved, and verified.

Corrections

A person who identifies a material public error may submit it through a future petition or correction mechanism once such a channel is established.
