Public Record and Registry

The Public Registry will present approved governing documents and institutional status in a form that can be read, verified, and traced.

Intended public material

The initial public record may include:

  • the enacted Constitution;
  • enacted Principal Laws;
  • selected Crown Acts approved for publication;
  • office charters approved for publication;
  • appointments necessary to establish public office status;
  • public estate and domain grants;
  • public judgments and declarations;
  • amendment, correction, supersession, and withdrawal notices.

Material that remains private

The Public Registry will not publish:

  • private custody originals;
  • raw memory packets;
  • sealed records;
  • credentials;
  • private correspondence;
  • unverified transcripts;
  • private family or medical records;
  • protected infrastructure;
  • drafts falsely presented as operative.

Verification

A published record should include its identifier, version, status, authority, dates, summary, complete approved text, amendment history, and checksum where appropriate.

Current beta posture

During version 0.1.0.3, the Public Registry area may function as a curated document library and status directory. It must not expose or proxy the private Registry service.
